

As the warmth of the blossoming spring weather takes over the Old Dominion University campus community, the Recreational Sports Department invites you to join them and the men of 3D for a a few, new workout class. Just Dance is a fan and interactive dance class that will keep one's heart rate up while keeping the feet moving.
For this night of dancercise fun, the Recreational Sports Department and the men of 3D encourage students, faculty and staff to come out and dance to some of the hottest hip hop/ R&B/ Pop/ Rock/ Salsa/ Baltimore Club/ Go Go an dmuch, much more.
The Just Dance exercise class is free to all Old Dominion University students, faculty and staff. According to Just Dance event hosts," the class encourgages a healthy heart, mind, body and soul" the also warn, " be ready to sweat!".
